Factory-direct manufacturing. Core CNC machining, injection molding and mold making are completed in-house in Dongguan. The site also covers sheet metal and finishing; approved partners handle selected specialist finishes and additional capacity, under Aria quality control and delivery management.

Work directly with our engineering team on material choice, tool access, critical features and inspection requirements. Your approved model and drawing give production and inspection the same reference.
Include required inspection reports with your enquiry so the measurement and reporting requirements can be agreed before production.
Two sets of samples are sent for your testing, and bulk production starts after your approval. This is standard for injection molding and applies to CNC orders of more than 100 units of an individual part.
For injection molding batch orders, Aria offers free storage during the product lifecycle and arranges shipments to match your needs. A larger molding batch can help reduce unit cost while you receive parts as needed.
Discuss future quantities and arrival dates with the team. Tooling, finishing and inspection all need to be included in the delivery schedule.
