Critical dimensions, material requirements and visible surfaces determine what needs checking. We agree the inspection reports and any customer approval steps with you before production.
Dimensions and requested records are checked before shipment. Packaging requirements can include protection for cosmetic surfaces, threads and delicate features; tell us about any special handling needs with your order.
Pre-production risk/manufacturability review and raw-material certificate checks; first-article inspection and in-process checks every two hours; dimensional reports, CoC, material certificates and RoHS documentation available for shipment.
Visual checks cover color, texture and appearance. Dimensional checks use calipers, micrometers, height gauges and 3-axis/5-axis CMM. Functional checks include threaded-hole and assembly fit. Full dimensional reports can cover critical dimensions, threads, tolerances, thickness and depth.

Material certificates / material test reports are available for regulated projects; agree the required documentation for the order.
Two sets of samples are sent for your testing, and bulk production starts after your approval. This is standard for injection molding and applies to CNC orders of more than 100 units of an individual part.
Use the samples to check dimensions, fit, appearance and the intended use. If a design change is needed, send the revised drawing before approving production so its effect on tooling, price and schedule can be reviewed.

For parts confirmed to be out of tolerance, defective or inconsistent with the agreed requirements, Aria provides free rework, replacement or a full refund as appropriate to the issue. Send the inspection evidence so the team can agree the remedy and next steps.
