Precision CNC machining
Bring Aria the complete part: we coordinate the machining, finishing and inspection requirements around your drawing.

One manufacturing review for the whole part
Your part may need a milled pocket, a turned fit and a feature that requires EDM. Aria brings milling, turning, EDM and grinding into the same manufacturing discussion. You can review the complete part with our engineering team, including how finishing and inspection affect the result.
Core CNC work takes place in our own Dongguan facility, with a Denmark CNC production option to discuss for European projects. Your drawing defines the acceptance requirements. Where the order meets our sample-verification conditions, you can test samples before approving the bulk run.

CNC Milling Services
Work directly with Aria’s engineering team on large parts, multi-face features and the fits your assembly depends on.

3-axis milling
Aria reviews tool access and critical features before choosing the milling setup.

4-axis milling
Review rotary access, setup changes and the relationship between machined faces with Aria.

5-axis milling
Discuss angled faces, deep features and inspection requirements directly with Aria’s CNC team.
CNC turning
Shafts, sleeves and threaded parts reviewed for the fits, reference axes and mating features your assembly needs.
Cylindrical Turning
It is a process that reduces the diameter of the workpiece uniformly in order to prevent any variation in the cutting diameter.
Boring
A single-point tool is fed linearly, parallel to the axis of rotation, on the inside diameter of an existing hole in the part.
Threading
Threading is a type of CNC turning. It helps in making grooves that can make the workpiece to be easily screwed into other objects.
Grooving
Grooving is a type of CNC turning process in which a narrow cavity is formed by pressing a shaped tool into the workpiece.
EDM machining
Discuss EDM, conventional machining and inspection together with Aria’s engineering team.
Wire EDM
A moving wire electrode cuts through conductive stock. Enclosed profiles generally need a start hole for the wire.
Sinker EDM
A shaped electrode erodes a cavity in conductive stock. Electrode design and flushing access affect the cavity geometry.
EDM hole drilling
A tubular electrode erodes a hole in conductive stock. The hole size, depth and access determine the electrode and process setup.
Precision grinding
An abrasive wheel removes controlled amounts of stock from a surface. Grinding can be used to finish selected fits or surfaces after other machining and heat-treatment operations.

Planning your precision cnc machining order
- Operations for one part
Milling, turning, wire cutting / EDM and grinding.
- Material options
More than 100 materials, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium and engineering plastics.
Advantages and considerations
Advantages
Programmed machining supports repeat manufacture of defined features in the selected stock material. Drawing references and inspection establish whether the parts meet their functional requirements.
Applications
Aerospace
Structural brackets, turbine components, hydraulic manifolds. Machined from titanium and Inconel
Automotive
Engine components, transmission shafts, EV motor housings. Prototype to high-volume production.
Electronics
Wafer handling fixtures, vacuum chamber components, heat sinks. Tight flatness tolerances and controlled surface finishes.
Medical
Orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and dental components machined from titanium, 316L stainless steel, and PEEK.
Quality and inspection
Two sets of samples are sent for your testing, and bulk production starts after your approval. This is standard for injection molding and applies to CNC orders of more than 100 units of an individual part.
Coordinate measuring machines check dimensions and complex geometry.
Design considerations
Material and machining route
Material hardness, stability and cutting behavior influence how a part is machined. Include heat treatment and finish requirements when comparing routes.
Metal grade and condition
Alloy designation, stock form and heat-treatment condition identify the material to machine. Specify these alongside corrosion, weight and finishing requirements.
Precision plastic components
Material stiffness and dimensional response to heat or moisture matter for close-fitting plastic parts. Specify the stock grade and the conditions in which the part will be used.
