Inspection to your drawing
Dimensional checks and inspection reports for the critical features on your drawing.
Aria reviews tool access and critical features before choosing the milling setup.

For plates, brackets and pockets with straightforward access, a more complex machine is not automatically the better route. Aria reviews the model and drawing to see which faces can be reached in a fixed setup and where another setup is needed. The aim is to match the machining work to the features on your part.
Our CNC equipment also includes 4-axis and 5-axis options. If the geometry needs a different approach, you can discuss it with the same team rather than selecting a machine category without a part review.

Compare materials for the loads, temperature and environment your part will face.
Tooling, finishing and inspection included in your delivery schedule.
Use prototype parts to check fit, function and assembly before the production run.
Consider three-axis milling for brackets, plates, housings and fixture components whose features can be reached with straightforward tool access. More axes are not automatically necessary: the geometry and setup plan determine the appropriate route.
Allow for cutter diameter at internal corners and practical tool reach in deep pockets. Identify the datums and critical dimensions so that features spanning different setups can be reviewed together.
Provide the model, drawing, material grade, quantity and finish. Mark any features requiring a specific tolerance. The CNC milling service page contains the shared machining ranges; the final quotation confirms the route for the part.
Upload your CAD files and tell us the material and quantity you need.
