How to request a quote, approve your order and get your parts made.

From your first quote to your next order

What you can send: 3D CAD, physical samples, photographs and sketches with key dimensions. Quote entry covers CNC, injection molding, 3D printing, sheet metal and mold making.
CAD formats: step, stp, igs, iges, prt, sldprt, sat, x_t.
File size: 15 MB per file.
Confidential projects: Use Aria’s NDA or contact the team to arrange the customer’s NDA before sharing confidential files.
Getting a price: Automatic quotations show price and lead time after 3D CAD upload. Projects that cannot be quoted automatically receive a manual quotation within 24 hours.

Design review: Free design-for-manufacturing review with every CNC, injection molding and sheet metal quotation.
Compare quote versions: An unlimited number of versions can be created within one quotation. A new version copies all parts and specifications from the preceding version; materials, quantities and finishes can be changed, and versions compared and shared.
Reading your drawing: 2D PDF extraction covers material, finish, masking, threaded holes, tolerances, material/conformity certificates and inspection points.
Resolve conflicting specifications: If a 2D drawing conflicts with the final digital configuration, the final digital configuration governs production.
Price and configuration: 30 days; reconfirm expired quotations. Configuration changes update price and lead time.
Payment: Credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Approve appearance requirements: RAL/Pantone references, batch color and texture consistency, and pre-approval of cosmetic parts. Agree the appearance reference and acceptance criteria for the order.

What you can track: After upload, select material, finish and quantity. The platform provides production milestones, quality photos, DFM reports and DHL/FedEx tracking.
Coordinating operations: CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, finishing and assembly can be coordinated through one platform.
Sample approval and design changes: Two sets of samples are sent for your testing, and bulk production starts after your approval. This is standard for injection molding and applies to CNC orders of more than 100 units of an individual part.
Use the samples to check dimensions, fit, appearance and the intended use. If a design change is needed, send the revised drawing before approving production so its effect on tooling, price and schedule can be reviewed.

Different production lead times: By default, parts with different lead times ship together when the longest-lead-time part is ready. To receive parts as they become ready, place separate orders by lead time. Split consignments have individually visible production status.
Shipping and customs: DHL/FedEx door-to-door DDP includes the agreed taxes, duties and customs clearance. North America/Europe transit guidance is 3–5 days; confirm destination and quoted shipping arrangements.
Protecting the parts: Wrapping paper, EPE, foam, cartons or wooden crates protect against bending, scratches and transit damage.
Injection molding batch supply: Choose a larger injection molding batch to help lower unit cost. We store the molded parts free during the product lifecycle and arrange shipments to match your needs. This storage service applies to injection molding batch orders.

Repeat orders: My Quotes can resume or copy the preceding version’s specifications. Copied configurations can be reused with changes to quantity and notes.
Nonconforming parts: Out-of-tolerance, defective or nonconforming parts qualify for free rework, remanufacture or a full refund.
