Custom parts for robotics
Motor mounts, housings, guards and other custom parts for robotic assemblies.

Overview
Motor mounts, housings and moving parts
Robotic systems bring together structural parts, moving interfaces, sensors, cables and protective housings. Bearing seats, motor mounts and datum relationships influence alignment. Cable routes and service access should be considered before the geometry is released.
Machined parts, sheet metal and printed prototypes
CNC machining can create mounting faces, bores and pockets in stock material. Sheet metal fabrication can form guards, panels and enclosures. 3D printed prototypes can help assess packaging and assembly access. Select the route around the purpose of the part and the production quantity.
Fits and alignment
Identify fits, hole position, surface finish and any inspection records needed for assembly. Record the accepted revision and approved changes. For a repeat build, retain the material, finishing and inspection instructions that define the component.
