Help choosing a material
Compare materials for the loads, temperature and environment your part will face.

For a polyurethane prototype or small batch, tell Aria whether stiffness, flexibility, clarity or appearance is the main objective. We can discuss the vacuum-casting project around the master and selected resin. An ABS-like or rubber-like casting description refers to selected behavior; it does not make the resin identical to that production material.
Use a liquid casting formulation; resin properties differ from the production plastic it is intended to simulate.

We review tool access, geometry and material choice before manufacturing.
Dimensional checks and inspection reports for the critical features on your drawing.
Adhesion depends on polymer grade, surface preparation and coating or ink chemistry. Confirm with the selected formulation.
Mold-transferred appearance depends on the resin and tool surface; gloss and texture do not specify a material-independent roughness.
